Beauty or Beast?

I am always intrigued by a new beauty products (especially ones that promise a reduction in "fine lines" or that will make my hair smooth, frizz-free, or resistant to breakage) but find myself a bit skeptical of making a purchase without testing a product first. While I trust some review sites, I know many reviews are posted because someone has been compensated for using the product or writing the review. So here is my uncompensated opinion on whether a product is worth a look: a Beauty or if one should look elsewhere: a Beast.

So here is my opinion on whether a product is worth a look: a Beauty or if one should look elsewhere: a Beast. 

This small sonic cleanser is rechargeable, can accommodate different brush heads, is waterproof, and made in the U.S.A. The Clarisonic company touts that the patented sonic technology, "works with skin’s natural elasticity, oscillating at a sonic frequency that produces over 300 movements per second. The resulting flexing action works to loosen dirt and oil, removing deep-seated impurities from pores and priming skin to better absorb topical treatments."

Fabulously Average says: Beauty! 
At @ $125 for Clarisonic's small, 1 speed version sonic cleansing tool, it is a bit pricey but...this beauty tool is truly a beauty! After using my Mia, my skin feels clean and soft and I feel that my pores are smaller and less noticeable. It is super easy to use and the timer prompts remind me when to move on to another part of my face. I truly believe that using my Mia on a regular basis has caused some of the fine lines on my face to disappear.  If this tool can keep my tiny wrinkles in check for a few more years or slow down the onset of new ones, the price is well worth it to me!
